Who we are
re:birth is a platform created to help parents. The iOS app provides soft recovery check-ins, journaling, community spaces, and related support features. re:birth does not share your personal data with advertisers or sell it.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the app, we may process:
- Account details — such as email address used to sign in.
- Profile details you choose to add — for example birth-month community preferences.
- App content you create — recovery check-ins, journal entries, and community posts.
- Technical data — basic service logs needed to keep authentication and the app reliable (handled by our infrastructure providers).
How we use information
- To provide and improve the re:birth app experience.
- To authenticate your account and send necessary emails (such as sign-up confirmation).
- To keep communities and shared features working as designed.
- To respond when you contact support.
Where data is stored
App data is stored with our backend provider, Supabase. Authentication emails may be delivered through an email provider such as Resend. Access is protected with industry-standard controls, including row-level security so your private content stays tied to your account.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers only as needed to operate the product (hosting, database, auth email). Community content you post is visible to other members of that community by design.
Your choices
- You can update or delete content you create inside the app where those controls exist.
- You can request account deletion by emailing support@rebirth.mom.
- You can stop using the app at any time.
Children
re:birth is intended for adults (parents and caregivers). It is not directed to children under 13.
Not medical advice
re:birth offers support and self-reflection tools. It is not a medical device, diagnosis service, or substitute for professional care. If you are worried about your health, contact a provider or local emergency services.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product grows. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
